About
I studied at the Theater Faculty of AMU Prague and later at the Theater Faculty of JAMU in Brno as part of my doctoral studies. I completed a number of training and internships in the field of public speaking, both in the Czech Republic and abroad, e.g. in Germany, Austria, and France. Presentation and speaking skills, argumentation, persuasion, and improvisation logically became my specialization.
Since 2003, over 16,500 participants from various companies have gone through my training, such as employees of Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Vodafone, Nestlé, Heineken, Škoda Auto, Lego, and many others. I have also led a number of seminars and workshops abroad, e.g. in Bratislava, Krakow, Leipzig, Paris, Oxford, and Berlin.
For the past 17 years, I have also been performing regularly in public. I moderate events within the KV Film Festival, the French Film Festival, the O2 arena, and conferences for example for KKCG, IMPACT HUB Prague, and many others. In the artistic field, I perform as part of the stand-up comedy Na Stojáka, Slam Poetry, and for the Boring Conference Prague. Together with other colleagues, I founded the Czech Improvisation League and the JUST! improvisational theater in 2002. IMPRO, with whom I regularly perform at the Švandov Theater in Prague.
In 2012, I founded a research and development center for improvisation called IMPRO INSTITUTE, which prepares courses and workshops for both corporate clients and the public. In 2013, I founded the School of Improvisation, which has been attended by over 600 graduates. In the publishing house Grada, I have published books with the titles Be Masters of Improvisation and Training of Masters of Improvisation.
I regularly lecture at universities such as VŠE, FFUK, Metropolitan University, VŠEM. I prepare speakers at TEDx Prague for their presentations and I personally spoke at TEDx Prague in 2017 and 2019. Similarly, I work as a coach and mentor in the preparation of presentations and speeches at conferences of individuals from a company and corporate environment.
